What does our Global Professional Services team do?
Tribal is the leading student information solutions provider in Higher and Further Education. As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking for professional services specialists keen to make a difference to our education customers. Our customers seek strong partnerships with us, looking for support and guidance as they make significant investments in technology as a critical enabler to their core business. As part of the professional services team, you will be that guide and expert, and ultimately making a difference to the world of education.
As a key partner, Tribal leads and supports education institutions to transform and realise value through technology.
We provide a deep understanding of leading practices in student management and delivering an exceptional digital student experience.
Our broad solution set covers the complete student lifecycle- from recruitment through Admissions, enrolment, study and assessment, to graduation and alumni.
We need people with excellent consulting skills, Higher Education domain experience and application knowledge - but not necessarily all three! Professional Services is now critical in delivering the Tribal vision of Education Technology as a service. Roles within the Global Professional Services team
Global Delivery Centre
Our Global Delivery Centre deliver both project-based SITS configuration and interfacing and configuration as a service. These services are delivered by our team of Application Consultants whose technical and SITS expertise allows Tribal to take responsibility for the management and maintenance of interfacing and configuration within SITS. By offering these services it allows our customer’s technical staff to focus on other added value activities.

Consulting and PMO
Tribal create, build, and deliver a range of world-class technology-based products and services that help our education, learning and training customers to deliver excellence. Our Professional Services Consultants and PMO provide strong partnerships, expertise, and guidance to our customers which help to deliver large scale projects that transform their core business and the services they provide to students globally.
Roles include: Application Consultants, Professional Services Consultants, Programme Managers, Project Managers, Implementation Consultants
Technical Services
Our Professional Services team is underpinned by technical experts who provide a broad range of services that support both our customers and our consultants. From architects to technical solution leads, individuals in this space provide the foundations for high-quality solutions and best-practice implementations.
Roles include: Technical Solution Lead, Solution Architect, Configuration Consultant
As part of the Professional Services team, you will have the opportunity to work with knowledgeable and supportive colleagues and be at the forefront of technology adoption in education.
You will be a key element in transforming the sector and Tribal, as we move to Ed Tech as a Service.
Lead the customer to achieve the best outcome for them.
Proactively drive customer adoption and consumption.
Measure and monitor customer outcomes and business value.
Reduce the complexity and optimise the efficiency in any implemented solutions.
Be agile - adapt to new offerings and new delivery models, but always ensure that the customer is at the heart of what we do.

Often the team will push the software to its limits and work with the Product and Support teams to implement a robust and effective solution.

Many of the Professional Services team have worked with the same customers over a significant period. During that time our customers have faced many challenges, both internally and externally, but often they will ask our advice on how to overcome these obstacles. As a result, it is common for the relationship with the customer to transform into much more of a trusted advisor capacity.
Accountable
The Professional Services role provides you with a significant amount of independence and to thrive in the role you will need to be a self-starter. We empower our Professional Services team to take ownership of their projects and customer engagements, therefore accountability and professionalism are a key value.
