University of Derby set to revolutionise student recruitment

The University of Derby in the UK is a long-standing user of Tribal’s CRM solution, Tribal Dynamics. Most recently, the ‘Gold’ rated University - as awarded by the Teaching Excellence and Student Outcomes Framework – had a need to better manage the many open day events they hold to support their recruitment process.

Being in the top 30 UK Universities (Guardian University Guide 2020), the University itself continues to gain a lot of interest. They host many open day events which attract high volumes of potential students. To help manage and professionalise their recruitment events and improve the students’ first impressions of them, staff at the University of Derby chose Tribal Dynamics for its mobile and cloud accessibility and its seamless integration with their CRM solution, meaning they had all their prospective student and recruitment data in one place.

Now, the team looks forward to less stressful event management, targeted marketing, much improved joining instructions, attendance tracking and feedback analysis. For each event, they are also now able to access a full financial analysis of costs, viability and other definable metrics, proving the effectiveness of their efforts.
