The new partnership aims to utilise the unique features and strengths of both software solutions to benefit customers.
Chester, UK, 16 January 2020 - iPEGS LTD today announced a new strategic partnership with Tribal Group PLC, the leading provider of Student Information Systems for Universities, Further Education and Skills providers in the UK. Both companies work within the same sector with a specific focus on Apprenticeships and have a crossover of customers including FE Colleges and Training Providers.
The iPEGS advanced paperless solution helps Colleges and Training Providers to go paperless with a specific focus on the student enrolment process which is heavily paper driven.
Enabling students, employers and the provider to complete forms electronically on any device speeds up the form filling process. Forms can be pre-populated or auto-populated with data. Forms can be signed electronically by multiple parties in different locations. Mandatory fields ensure forms are completed in full and data validation can help to ensure the quality of data. Conditional Logic and Calculations enable advanced form completion and an improved user experience.
Once submitted form data can now be imported directly into Tribals Maytas system removing the time consuming task of manual data entry and reducing the risk of human error.
“We have seen some big changes within the Apprenticeship sector over the last few years with the introduction of the Apprenticeship Levy and the arrival of Standards so we are always looking at ways we can simplify the process for our customers. Creating a strategic partnership with Tribal Group makes perfect sense as bringing both products together will only improve the customer experience, improve efficiency and help to reduce costs” said Adam Leese, Director of iPEGS Ltd
Founded in 2000, Tribal Group PLC operates internationally in more than 55 countries and serves over a thousand higher education, further education and vocational institutions; several thousand schools; and many government and state bodies, training providers and employers.
“Working with the iPEGS.will provide complementary technology to our customer base, deliver “out-of-the-box” integration and enabling them to quickly implement the joint solution with one port of call for support and delivery.” said Bridget McGinley, Business Development Manager at Tribal Group PLC.
