Tribal has been awarded a two-year contract with the National Careers Service, to deliver the operational service and helpdesk support for users of the National Careers Service’s Publish to the course directory. The contract, which started in February 2022, allows learning providers to upload details of their courses, T-Levels, and apprenticeships to the platform which then feeds the National Careers Service ‘Find a course’, ‘Find apprenticeship training’, and ‘Find a T Level | T Levels’ search pages.
Tribal has been providing services and software to the education sector for nearly 40 years, including delivery of the ‘Publish to course directory’ operational support for almost nine years. Tribal brings to the Publish to the course directory helpdesk its combination of a great track record, a strong presence in the sector, an experienced team, and a really strong customer service culture.
