Carla has a wide range of experience over 16+ years of working at a training provider, as a consultant to the Education and Skills Funding Agency and supporting training providers and employer providers to develop and deliver their apprenticeships programmes. Her specialism is in apprenticeship governance and quality, as well as helping providers to negotiate the complex apprenticeship regulatory landscape of audits, subcontracting and the accountability framework. She sees her current role as enabling our customers to deliver a high-quality learner experience and the data management team to deliver a high-quality service to our customers.
Matthew Butson, Lead Reporting & Funding Advisor
With 15+ years of experience supporting Tribal customers with their data, Matt loves creating reporting tools that provide insight and solve a customer’s problems – often problems they haven’t yet identified. Matt really enjoys the challenge of a complex and difficult issue, using his advanced reporting skills and deep funding knowledge to find an answer. His key driver is customer satisfaction, across adult learning, apprenticeships, and devolved funding; supporting providers so they can focus on delivering a high- quality learning experience that changes lives.
