Key Statutory Risks and Compliance

Carla Martinho

Understanding the key statutory and reputational risks to your organisation in delivering apprenticeships and how to build in risk reduction is key to a sustained, successful apprenticeship programme.

We will explore compliance, common issues at audit and Ofsted inspection, as well as possible changes post-election, this session also looks at strategies and approaches to minimise risk now and in the future.

Building a quality-first culture:  What do we do when no-one is looking?

Lou Doyle

In this session we will explore the ingredients of high-impact apprenticeships using outcomes from inspection and our work with clients. We will consider practical ideas and methods for developing a model of continuous improvement that works.
