It was so interesting to speak to the shortlisted teams and find out about the great practice that is going on day-to-day. Even those that didn’t win an award found being nominated a really affirming experience, in an area of work that isn’t often recognised. My top tip when nominating is to make sure that you describe the impact on your organisation and learners – the judges want to hear about the difference you make.
