    SchoolEdge is priced based on the size of your organisation, the modules needed and duration of the contract – and our flexible payment plans and subscription-based offers mean that you can spread the cost as required.

  • How can SchoolEdge be implemented?

    To ensure a successful implementation at your site, we follow a structured methodology refined over three decades of working with education providers. Depending on your mix of modules and choice of approach – we can implement within a few weeks, or phased over a period of time to best suit the needs of your school.

  • Do you offer hosting?

    SchoolEdge is cloud-ready, meaning you can move to cloud delivery at a pace to match your infrastructure strategy. We offer hosting through our infrastructure partner, Rackspace, and complementary application and data management services to keep your system current and compliant.

  • What support do you offer?

    Tribal’s dedicated Support Centre operates 8.30 to 4.30pm Monday to Friday, delivering support via email, phone or remote connection as required.

  • What training is available?

    Training consultations are always available and are delivered either on-site or remotely, depending on your specific needs We also offer classroom based training courses, and can create  a bespoke training package to ensure you get regular training throughout the year.
