Inspirational training programmes and DVD resources
We offer a portfolio of high quality training courses and DVDs designed to support sustained improvement in your school or organisation.
Using our sector expertise and strong international experience working for clients such as Ofsted, the New York State Education Department and the Abu Dhabi Education Council, we offer training that is designed to enhance individual professional development and support whole organisation or department improvement. As our trainers are all current or recent inspectors, they are ideally placed to establish a thorough understanding of the purpose and nature of the inspection process.
Whether the event focuses on developing self-evaluation skills, lesson observation or effective teaching and learning, our knowledge of the latest developments in national policy means that we are uniquely placed to provide your organisation – and its stakeholders – with the best possible outcome: sustained school improvement.
We understand the challenges faced by schools, and many of our training courses can be tailored to fit your individual requirements. Our training events are supported by constantly updated materials and specially filmed footage of actual lessons.
Our lesson footage is available to buy separately for senior leaders to use with their staff back in their own school.

The National Centre for Excellence in the Teaching of Mathematics (NCETM) is the national centre which supports the professional development of mathematics teachers. Tribal leads the consortium that manages NCETM on behalf of the Department for Education (DfE).
The NCETM is well established as England's leading source of authoritative and trusted information and guidance in all areas of mathematics education, from primary to post-16. It targets teachers of primary and secondary schools.
A dynamic web portal sits at the heart of NCETM activities and provides interactive, tailored tools within a professional learning framework. Registration with, and access to all the NCETM’s online resources, is free.
The NCETM coordinates the DfE-funded Maths Hubs programme , which brings together mathematics education professionals in a collaborative national network of 34 hubs, each locally led by an outstanding school or college. It is a new way of harnessing all maths leadership and expertise within an area, to develop and spread excellent practice, for the benefit of all pupils and students.
