SITS:Vision saves time and resources at University of Westminster
The University of Westminster is a vibrant, international education institution in the heart of London with four campuses centrally located in and around the London area. As users of Tribal’s student management system, SITS:Vision, they benefit from support at every step of the student journey.
SITS:Vision is used by universities around the UK, in their management of student administration processes, from initial enquiry to graduation and alumni.
Last week the University of Westminster anticipated a large wave of students applying through clearing to the university, after UK pupils received their A-level exam results. They were prepared, knowing SITS could help manage this busy time by not only simplifying the administration processes, but increasing accuracy and visibility of student information.
Michelle Magee, Senior Admissions Manager at University of Westminster said:
“We are really pleased with the Clearing on the Web e:vision functionality, the Self-Apply option saves us huge amounts of time and resources and everyone finds it easy to use. We have introduced a more coherent workflow which allows us to track the enquiry through to an applicant being placed at Westminster. We also have a more robust set of statistics, enabling us to compare the success of this year’s clearing campaign to 2016’s clearing one.”
Speaking on behalf of Tribal, Julia Gold Professional Services Consultant said:
“I was delighted to work closely with the team at the University of Westminster throughout the clearing process. They took thousands of calls and SITS:Vision was used to enable a smooth process for managing this level of enquiries."
